LEDs do not light up when the device is connected to the computer

Possible causes and solutions

If the LEDs on the reader are not lighting up when the reader is attached to the computer, the usual cause is the absence of the USB drivers, which are necessary to facilitate the recognition of the device by the computer. The USB drivers can be provided to the customer via a G-Drive link (as of 30.08.2023) or the software can be uninstalled and re-installed using a link to the download hub (byonoy.com).
