## Sensitivity is a value that correlates to the kits that the customer is using

It's important to note that the sensitivity of an absorbance microplate reader is closely tied to the characteristics of the assay or kit being utilized. Absorbance readers are designed to measure the optical density of samples within the wells of a microplate. Rather than having a fixed sensitivity, the absorbance microplate reader is adaptable to the specific requirements of the assay. Each assay or kit comes with its own set of detection limits and dynamic range, and the microplate reader ensures precise measurements within those defined parameters. Therefore, if you need to measure these protein concentrations, you will have to find a colorimetric kit that might be able to react within your needs.
